Program Overview
The Bachelor of Arts in Sports Administration at Bellarmine is designed to help you understand how the sports industry works and how to lead within it. You’ll build the technical knowledge and professional skills employers expect, strengthen your ability to communicate clearly in writing and speaking, and learn how to collaborate effectively in team environments.
The program approaches sports administration through a dynamic integration of liberal arts perspectives and professional practice, blending insights with applied industry experience. This interdisciplinary foundation prepares you to think critically, solve problems strategically, and make informed decisions in complex sport settings.
Students in the program will also complete an internship that puts classroom learning into practice, allowing you to apply your skills in real-world environments and graduate with professional experience and confidence.

The Sports Administration curriculum will allow you to develop a degree program that fits your interests. You have 39 flexible credit hours of free electives (13 classes) to tailor your degree through double majors and minors. Students can pair their Sports Administration degree to focus in areas including:

- Political Science or History (Law School Prep)

You also have the option to earn your bachelor's degree and master's degree at the same time with one of several five-year programs:
