The transcript is the official academic record on file with the Registrar at Bellarmine University.
Only the student may request that his/her transcript be sent. The student’s written signature is required in order to release the transcript (an email is not considered a written signature).
In order to request your transcript, please print, complete, sign, and return the transcript request form.
Requests for transcripts may be made in person, via fax, or by US mail. In addition, we will accept email requests only if you are able to print and complete the transcript request form (make sure to sign it), scan it, and email it to us as an attachment at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Transcripts are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt of the request during normal business hours. Transcripts cannot be released for students with an outstanding financial obligation to the University. Such circumstances will increase the processing time.
Due to the confidential nature of the academic record, transcripts will not be sent out by fax or email from the Bellarmine University Registrar’s Office under any circumstances.
There is no fee to request a transcript.
