MBA Program Overview

The Weekend MBA offers the convenience of weekend in-person instruction, allowing you to engage in face-to-face interactions, build meaningful connections, and immerse yourself in a dynamic classroom environment.
  • Students typically take 2-3 courses per semester and graduate in 21 months.
  • Core classes meet in-person every other weekend on Friday night from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Elective courses meet in real-time online via a remote learning platform (synchronously) - subject to holidays and university breaks.
  • Weekend MBA students can start in the fall and spring semesters.

The program comprises 38 credit hours and has no prerequisites. The Weekend MBA curriculum includes eleven core required courses along with three MBA electives.

MBA Specialization Certificates

Participants in the Weekend MBA program can opt to pursue one of three certificates, aligning with their MBA program and utilizing elective courses to enhance their specialization.

  • Certificate in Organizational and Marketing Dynamics
 

AACSB Accreditation

The W. Fielding Rubel School of Business at Bellarmine University is accredited by the AACSB International (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business), which places it among the most elite business schools in the nation. Scholarships

High Achiever Scholarship for historically underrepresented minorities. Award amounts vary from $1000-$2500, spread across program. Submit your application here.

Corporate Scholarships available to employer partner employees. Each eligible applicant can receive a $5,250 scholarship toward tuition. For questions about this scholarship program, please contact Jorge Pazmino for more details.

Referral Program: if you refer someone to our program, and are in the program yourself, you can earn a $500 credit voucher when that student enrolls. Apply here.

Graduate Assistantships cover 3 credit hours of tuition in fall and spring semester with the opportunity to earn up to $10,000 over the academic year (fall, spring or summer) at an hourly pay rate of $12. Admission Requirements

Applicants are required to submit an online application, possess a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (or an equivalent foreign degree), provide a current resume or CV, and submit two recommendations with contact details. If the GPA requirement is not met, an applicant may still be considered for admission based on professional work experience or GMAT/GRE scores.
