Bellarmine University is a proud sponsor for this year’s Louisville Business First, Bizwomen Mentoring Monday. Mentoring Monday is an eight-year event that allows a diverse group of women to connect with various mentors. Various mentees participate
in the event from early career, mid-career, changing industries, seeking insight on how to establish a good work life balance, or simply learning how to ask for a promotion.
At the Rubel School of Business, we believe in empowering women who are making an impact through their work.
Louisville Business First is one out of 43 different markets across the United States who will be hosting Mentoring Monday on February 22nd, of 2021. Dr. Natasha Munshi, Dean of the Rubel School of Business, proudly announced that she will be a mentor
at the event, and I quote: "At the Rubel School of Business, we believe in empowering women who are making an impact through their work. I am excited to attend the Bizwomen Mentoring Monday event to mentor women who are engaged in impactful work and
are the next generation of transformational leaders."
Though COVID-19 is still on the rise, and social gatherings are limited to twenty-five percent capacity or virtual hosting, Louisville Business First’s Event Team predicts a huge number in mentees. More specifically, across all 43 branches 10,000
participants have registered for this year’s event! But don’t worry! Spots are still opening and here is what you need to know.
Registration for the event is free thanks to all sponsors including, Bellarmine University, Goodwill Industries of Kentucky, Kosair Charities, and Norton Healthcare. This year the event will be hosted on Zoom to prevent the spread of COVID-19, allowing
participants to connect with mentors through breakout sessions. Mentoring Monday will take place on Monday, February 22nd, from 9:30 to 11:00 AM. If you are interested in participating click here to register, and check out the current list of Mentors below!
