Creating A Campus THROuGH HIS LEADERSHIP AND GENEROSITy, OwSLEy BROwN fRAzIER HELPED to create the Bellarmine campus. From 1988, when he joined the Bellarmine Board of Trustees, through 2007, when the handsome Owsley Brown Frazier Stadium was dedicated, he recognized the potential of Bellarmine and the value to Louisville of a nationally pre-eminent private university of significant size and stature. We will be forever grateful for his belief that Louisville needs an excellent private university, his faith that Bellarmine is that university, and his leadership in helping us to build and achieve the vision that is carrying us forward to that destiny.
