What is the group structure?
The Health and Resiliency Support Group offers a weekly supportive space that centers on the unique experiences of individuals with chronic illnesses or health concerns. This support group aims to provide validation, real life tips, a sense of community,
and a space for self-exploration to its members.
Where and when does the group meet?
The support group meets virtually on Microsoft Teams on Thursdays from 3 to 4 p.m. The group accepts new members throughout the spring semester.
