Usually, we’d love to host you in person. Bellarmine is a welcoming community that prides itself on hospitality, so much so, that the pineapple is one of our most recognizable symbols. But, like much of the world, our campus has closed
now to protect our community from the Coronavirus.
But don’t worry, you can still get to know us. You can explore Bellarmine here through our videos and virtual tour. And our admission office and the financial aid office are available by phone or email, as well as our counselors listed
below. Spring and fall admissions are on track. And, if you’ve already applied, you’ll be hearing from a counselor soon.
Follow along with us on a fly-by tour of distinctive campus landmarks.
Take a virtual tour and discover this beautiful, verdant campus. Over 40 buildings stand on the rolling hills of Bellarmine's 135-acre campus. Bellarmine is in the charming, historic Belknap neighborhood, just a few miles from the big-city
bustle of downtown Louisville.

You probably have questions. We have answers.
Yes, any admitted senior who had a visit scheduled that we had to cancel, including those students who were planning to visit for the first time at All Knighter, will receive the Trustee Scholarship if they have filed their FAFSA.
The plan is to re-open campus visits starting May 15. You can go ahead and schedule a visit after that date at bellarmine.edu/visit.
We will continue to review applications as they are completed and make admission decisions throughout the summer. We will be flexible and work with students regarding checklist items that may be difficult to obtain during this period.
For example, we will not delay review of your application if we are just missing a recommendation. We understand your school may be out because of the virus. If we are missing your transcript, we are willing to accept an unofficial
transcript. Contact your admission counselor regarding specific checklist items and concerns.
All Knighter and all campus visits until May 15 are currently cancelled. We are working on revised dates for our Knight U orientation program and will communicate those as soon as they are available.
We will be flexible regarding specific requirements on your checklist. We are still reviewing applications and will continue to admit students throughout this process. Work with your admission counselor directly to discuss items needed to complete your application to Bellarmine.
Consistent with legislation to establish a temporary recruiting dead period for all NCAA Division I and II sports and the suspension of all National Letter of Intent signings until at least April 15, 2020, legislation was adopted March 18, 2020, to prohibit institutions from issuing institutional financial aid agreements to prospective student-athletes and to preclude prospective student-athletes from signing such agreements until at least April 15. Bellarmine will adhere to these policies and student athletes can expect to hear from us after the dead period.
We will continue to review applications and release decisions throughout the summer, once your application is completed, you can expect to hear from us with a decision within two weeks.
We are extending the enrollment deposit date to June 1st. And, to ease your concern about deposits in this unprecedented time, we are allowing students to request a refund by August 15 should you change your mind regarding your enrollment.
Our housing process will continue as planned with Part 2 opening on March 20. You can complete your housing application at any time after you have paid your deposit in one.bellarmine.edu.
Yes. Campus operations will continue and faculty and staff will still offer the many services students rely on, even if they are moved online, over the phone or available in a slightly different format.
No. Bellarmine has suspended all athletic competitions for the remainder of the spring semester.
We will still need your final official transcript with your graduation date from your current school, but you can have that sent to us at any time before you arrive for central check in on August 15.
We will be flexible and can review your application with an unofficial transcript but will need the official transcript with your graduation date listed before you can enroll.
