Women's tennis team earns academic honors team
The Intercollegiate Tennis Association announced that Bellarmine University women's tennis team was among just 42 Division II programs to earn the ITA's All-Academic Team award. Additionally, eight Bellarmine tennis players were named as ITA Scholar Athletes. (

Bellarmine senior golfer Kyle Leach knocked off the reigning national college player of the year in the U.S. Amateur Public Links championship on Thursday, July 17. His 2 and 1 win over Rickie Fowler propelled him into the round of eight, where he will meet David Johnson of Palm Bay, Fla. (
