Diversity Peer Educator Program

Promoting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the Bellarmine Community

Diversity Peer Educators (DPEs) are trained student leaders who work to strengthen the living-learning environment in the residence halls. DPEs strive to create an inclusive community by building relationships with residents by conducting educational, cultural, social and personal enrichment programs that promote the ideals of diversity, equity, inclusion and social justice. These students serve as diversity ambassadors and help create brave spaces in the halls that invite community members to celebrate identity and advocate for change.
