Check-in Central is a one-stop check-in process for Residents and Commuters. During the check-in process, student’s will receive check-in materials for the halls, pick up their Week of Welcome packet, pick up their pre-registered parking pass, make their student ID, if needed, and also have an opportunity to speak with the Bursar and Financial Aid offices. It is our goal to provide these essential services in one location to assist students and parents in their transition to Bellarmine. Check-in Central is the official student and parent welcome to Bellarmine University. We want to begin the semester by building a strong and positive community that enhances every student’s experience at BU.
Residential Students
Residential students will check-in Saturday, August 15 in Amelia Brown Frazier Convocation Hall. Residential students check-in at 4 different times based on their last name:
- A-F: 8 - 9:30 a.m.
- G-K: 9:30 - 11 a.m.
- L-Q: 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- R-Z: 1 - 3 p.m.
Commuter Students
New Student Check-in for Commuters will be Saturday, August 15 in Amelia Brown Frazier Convocation Hall. Commuter students check-in at 2 different times based on their last name:
- A-K: 1 - 2 p.m.
- L-Z: 2 - 3 p.m.
Student Athletes
Student athletes playing field hockey, volleyball, men’s or women’s soccer will have an earlier check-in time. Housing and Residence Life as well as the team coach will be in contact regarding these times. Students who participate in an earlier student athlete check-in will not need to participate in Check-In Central on August 15.

New Student Picnic
Following Check-in Central, from noon - 4 p.m. students and their families can join together in the Quad for a picnic and students can sign the matriculation book.
