Program named one of the nation’s top 10 for Human Resources professionals
Bellarmine University’s
W. Fielding Rubel School of Business has once again earned national recognition
as one of the best places to pursue an MBA, according to The Princeton Review’s 2025 rankings.
“This recognition is a testament to the quality of our programs, the dedication of our faculty, and the success of our graduates,” said Dr. Diane Bruce, dean of the Rubel School of Business. “We are especially proud to be ranked among
eighth nationally for Human Resources, an area where our students are leading with purpose and making an immediate impact in the workplace.”
Bellarmine’s MBA program offers a highly customizable, career-focused curriculum that supports advancement in fields such as human resources. For aspiring HR professionals, the program blends foundational business knowledge with coursework in organizational
behavior, leadership, strategic management, and ethical decision-making – all critical for guiding talent development, managing workplace dynamics, and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
The Princeton Review evaluated more than 60 data points in selecting the 213 MBA programs on this year’s list. The rankings incorporate surveys of over 22,000 students and administrators at AACSB-accredited
business schools nationwide.
In its profile of Bellarmine, The Princeton Review highlights the Rubel School’s focus on ethics, personalized instruction, strong faculty-student relationships, and exceptional career support. Students praised the program’s flexibility, small
class sizes, and close connections with top employers.
Centrally located in Louisville – one of the region’s most dynamic business hubs – the Rubel School offers MBA students access to real-world learning through internships and partnerships with companies like Humana, Yum! Brands, Brown-Forman
and UPS. More than 95% of Rubel School graduates are employed or continuing their education within six months of graduation.
As the first and only private university in Kentucky accredited by AACSB International, the Rubel School is part of an elite group of fewer than 5% of business schools worldwide to earn this “gold standard” in business education.
