Accounting consistently ranks among the highest-paying majors outside of Engineering, with Louisville-area starting salaries typically ranging from $45,000 to $65,000, and manager-level salaries of $75,000 to $115,000 within five to seven years, offering strong immediate opportunity and long-term earning potential.
