Fitness 4 Knights
Does your department or team want to recharge with a Yoga class or energize with a Zumba class but just don’t have the time to make it to the scheduled group fitness class times? Well, Fitness 4 Knights would like to bring the fitness to you!! You choose the class format, date, time, and location. We will provide the instructor and equipment while you provide the participants.
