Sara oversees the recruitment of the Bellarmine graduate and second degree programs. She has been with Bellarmine for over 13 years serving in various roles such as Coordinator of Part-Time Undergraduate Recruitment, Associate Director of Enrollment Services, Associate Dean of Admission and Senior Associate Dean of Admission. James joined the Office of Graduate Admission in the summer of 2015. He is responsible for programs in the Annsley Frazier Thornton School of Education including: Doctor of Education (Ed.D)., Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT), Master of Arts in Education (MAEd), Educational Specialist (EdS), Rank I, as well as the English Language Learner and Superintendent Endorsements. Julie Armstrong-Binnix, M.Ed.
Senior Graduate Admission Officer
Julie is responsible for recruiting students interested in the Doctor of Nursing Practice, the Master of Science in Nursing, the Master of Health Science, the Accelerated Second Degree BSN Program, the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy and the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science. She also recruits ADN prepared Registered Nurses for the RN to BSN completion program. Julie has been with Bellarmine for over 12 years and teaches two undergraduate courses part-time. Her husband, Jon, is a graduate of the Accelerated Second Degree BSN program and a part-time clinical instructor in the BSN. Sarah is responsible for meeting with prospective students and assisting with the admission process for the following graduate and second degree programs: Master of Business Administration (Weeknight and Weekend), Master of Science in Analytics, Master of Science in Taxation, Master of Health Science in Medical Laboratory Science, and the Accounting Certificate. Graduate Admission Assistant
Loretta has been with Bellarmine for over 12 years. Loretta worked in both the Lansing School of Nursing and Health Sciences and the MBA Office in the Rubel School of Business before joining the Office of Graduate Admission. She received her Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Bellarmine in May of 2009 and completed the Weeknight MBA program as a dual degree student in December of 2010. Loretta currently provides support to the Office of Graduate Admission by processing admission files and assisting with events.
Coordinator of Graduate Events and Registration
Dawn began at Bellarmine in the fall of 2002. Before joining the Graduate Admission Office, Dawn worked with transfer and non-traditional students in the Undergraduate Admission Office. Dawn now oversees the planning and implementation of all Graduate and Second Degree Information Sessions and Orientations. She also works with each Graduate Admission Officer on the registration of new graduate and second degree students. Dawn received her bachelor’s from Bellarmine in May 2002.
