Bellarmine has developed a High School Counselor Portal on Slate.org to provide High School Counselors with Key Dates, Application Deadlines, Financial Aid information and other pertinent information to the Bellarmine admissions process.
Slate.org is a free tool for school counselors, independent counselors, and community-based organizations to check on student statuses in the admission process. Slate.org also allows counselors to conveniently and securely submit application-related materials directly to colleges and universities.
We hope Slate.org will be a helpful tool for you to upload documents, track your applicant’s status and receive notice of their decisions. Slate.org will allow us to convey a student’s decision to you after a student has viewed it.
Schedule Group Tours
Bellarmine University welcomes you and your student group to our campus.
We can accommodate chaperoned groups of high school students in 9th grade and above. Group size is limited to no more than 40 people (including chaperones).
Group visits are offered Tuesday through Thursday, and we require at least two weeks’ notice.
During your visit, your group will meet with an admission counselor for an admissions presentation. Please let us know if there are specific topics you would like us to address with your group. Following the presentation, you will experience our student-led campus tour.
