The Many Ways to have a Successful College Visit

Admissions

Bellarmine seeks to offer campus visit opportunities to students that are informative and accessible regardless of where you are, and where you are in your college journey. Our goal is to provide you with all of the information you need to make the right choice for you, even if that means you choose another school.

Daily Campus Visits

For our on-campus, in-person Daily Campus Visits, visits will be limited to small groups and no more than 3 people can attend a visit per family. In accordance with the CDC’s new guidance and the Governor’s recent recommendation, Bellarmine updated our mask requirement for faculty, staff, students and campus visitors. We are requiring all faculty, staff, students, and campus visitors to wear a mask at all times while on campus regardless of vaccination status.

Virtual Visits

If an in-person visit is not preferable, you can also schedule a virtual information session with one of our admission counselors. These sessions allow you to connect with an admission counselor for a presentation about the Bellarmine experience, academic support, and opportunities for financial aid, while also having questions answered regarding application processes, our test-optional policy , and our Public Price Promise

Also, new this year, we are providing Virtual Tours with Bellarmine tour Guides each week, from 3-4 PM Eastern Time. These will be held on most Monday and Wednesdays during the fall 2021 semester. Spring dates/times will be determined closer to Spring Semester start dates. If you don't want a tour guide, you can also view our Virtual Tour  on your own.

All of these visit opportunities allow you to qualify for the Trustee Scholarship which is $1,500 per year and worth $6,000 over your time as a student at Bellarmine.

Day as a Knight

Because we cannot currently host our OverKnight Visits, we have introduced Day as a Knight . This exclusive opportunity is limited to fall 2022 Applicants. It allows prospective students to experience a day in the life of a Bellarmine student through a shadowing of a typical day on Bellarmine's campus. You will tour campus, attend class, have lunch, get to know other prospective students and current Knights. This is the closest you can get to actually being a student here before you enroll!

For A Day as a Knight, to participate, you must provide documentation of negative COVID test within 48-72 hours of your scheduled visit, regardless of vaccination status. Masks should always be worn, by Bellarmine student and prospective student, whether vaccinated or not.  These dates are limited (4 in fall semester) and number of students (12) allowed to participate in each event is limited as well.

We are commited to helping you be informed about your choices for college, and be prepared to make the right decision, which is why we have expanded all of our visit opportunites to make them available to all future Knights!
