Sara Mahoney, PhD, HFS

Research Interest: Dr. Mahoney’s primary agenda is to examine the role of dietary intake on health and performance in special populations. This includes both the role of macronutrient intake in ultra-endurance athletes, and the role of fruit and vegetable intake on chronic disease.

Thomas Wójcicki, PhD
Assistant Professor

Research Interest: Dr. Wójcicki's  primary area of research lies within the field behavioral kinesiology; his research employs a social cognitive framework to better understand physical activity behavior and subsequent health-related outcomes across the lifespan; areas of interest include the design, implementation, and evaluation of emerging technologies to promote behavior change, as well as the reciprocal examination of psychosocial and environmental factors on physical activity behaviors and quality of life.
