As Bellarmine University prepares for the first day of the fall semester on Thursday, August 21, it welcomes nine new faculty members to campus.
They arrive at a moment of enrollment growth for the university. The 677 first-year students who arrived on campus for orientation on Saturday represent a 22 percent increase over the size of last year’s entering class, while graduate and doctoral
programs are at or above their goals for new starts.
Some of the new faculty members are transitioning from adjunct or other part-times roles at Bellarmine.
