Natalie CousinNatalie earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, majoring in Movement Science. She first worked in Student Services while in graduate school at the University of Texas at Austin, where she was an academic mentor for student-athletes while pursuing a Master of Education degree in Sport Management. Most recently she was an Academic Coordinator in student-athlete support services at Ball State University in Muncie, IN and a volunteer mentor for Project Leadership.

She has long had a passion for volunteering and giving back to the community. She proudly raised two puppies for Leader Dogs for the Blind, both of whom are now working guide dogs, and she looks forward to raising another in the future. An avid horse racing fan, Natalie considers Churchill Downs to be her happy place.
