Ronda is a Certified Professional Art Therapist and is the Director of Accessibility Resource Center. She received her undergraduate degree, BA, at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. Ronda then went on to the University of Louisville where she received a Masters of Arts in Expressive Therapies. Ronda has 14 years of experience in the mental health field, and 11 years of experience in Accessibility Resource Center. Ronda has always been passionate about giving a voice to the marginalized and empowering those individuals to self-advocate, know their rights, and be reminded of their worth as human beings with unique perspectives to offer because of their disability.
Alexia Gardon, M.Ed.

Alexia Gardon is the Accessibility Resource Center Coordinator at Bellarmine University. Alexia earned her bachelor’s degree in Moderate/Intense Special Education from Xavier University in 2015. She continued at Xavier, pursuing her master’s degree in Reading Education, which she completed in 2017. Before coming to Bellarmine, Alexia was a public-school Special Education Teacher for six years. During this time, she taught students from kindergarten to twelfth grade with disabilities ranging from mild to severe. Alexia is passionate about disability rights and is an advocate for students of all ages with disabilities.
