Flavours by Sodexo at Bellarmine University
Sodexo, our in-house caterer, provides outstanding service at every event, from a coffee service to an outdoor picnic
to a full-service waited staff occasion. All food service on campus must be arranged through Sodexo. Our talented
Catering Coordinators are available to create and customize the perfect menu to complement your event and budget.
For your convenience, you may request a menu consultation with a Catering Coordinator. Alcohol is permitted
to be served at events. As it is not available for purchase through Bellarmine or Sodexo, we are happy to advise you
on purchase options. Please note that catering is billed separately by Sodexo. For more information, please email

Set-Up Needs
Our event staff will work with you to create a layout for your event. The majority of spaces are equipped with tables
and chairs along with audiovisual and Wi-Fi. Our Facilities and Technical Support teams can assist should there be
additional needs.
